FeesUnderstanding the Costs I believe in believe in transparency when it comes to my fees and insurance policies. Below, you'll find detailed information regarding my costs, payment methods, and insurance coverage. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to contact me. Session Fees Initial Assessment (60-90 minutes): $150 Individual Therapy (50-60 minutes): $125 Couples Therapy (50-60 minutes): $125 Family Therapy (50-60 minutes): $125 Group Therapy (90 minutes): $50 per person Payment Methods I accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cash: Accepted for in-person sessions Online Payments: Through a secure platforms such as Zelle, Simple Practice, and possibly others to be discussed based on individual situations. Sliding Scale Fees I understand that therapy can be a significant financial commitment. To ensure my services are accessible to everyone, we offer sliding scale fees based on income and financial need. You and I can discuss your situation and determine a plan that works for both of us.

InsuranceInsurance Coverage I accept a variety of insurance plans to help make therapy accessible. Below is a list of the insurance providers that I currently work with: Aetna Ambetter Blue Cross Blue Shield/Anthem CareSource Cenpatico Cigna EAP:Cigna EAP:UnitedHealthcare/Optum Healthy Indiana Plan UnitedHealthcare Medicaid Optum Oscar Health Self-pay UHC/Optum-Medicaid UMR UnitedHealthcare UHC | UBH MDWise Out-of-Network Insurance If your insurance provider is not listed, you may still be able to receive partial reimbursement for my services. Here’s how: Superbills: This involves me giving you a detailed receipt, called a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) / Health Savings Accounts (HSA): My services are often eligible for payment through FSA or HSA accounts.

CancellationsI understand that life happens. It happens to me as well. I appreciate the responsibility and care that you take with our time, because this is definitely what I will provide to you. I request and require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a fee of $50.

Between Session SupportIn between sessions, we will plan for homework, coping skill practice, and exercises that will assist you. I am open to your reaching out via my HIPAA compliant email, brief urgent matter or planned scheduled calls, and other resources that we can discuss in session.
